Delivery

At the moment we only deliver to the mainland United Kingdom, USA and Canada.  Our delivery rates are as followed:

UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) Free UK Delivery on all orders over £45.

Standard delivery 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays) up to 2kg - £3.95

Standard delivery 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays)  2-5kg - £5.00

We aim to despatch your order to your desired address within 2-3 working days, if there are any problems with the delivery we will contact you as soon as we can within the delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard delivery 10-12 working days to the USA & Canada. Up to 2kg £19.00

Standard delivery 10-12 working days to the USA & Canada. 2-4.5kg £30.00

CUSTOM CHARGES: If ordering from outside the EU, you may have to pay Customs Duty, Excise Duty or Import VAT on top of the advertised purchase price. Unfortunately this is the customer's responsibility as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict them.

Unfortunately we cannot post all items internationally (such as our luxury reed diffusers) so please check the item description.

We aim to dispatch your order to your desired address within 2-3 working days, if there are any problems with the delivery we will contact you as soon as we can within the delivery time.

At Canhwyllau Eryri Candle we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery after dispatching.
